The Mayor of London has defended the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone, which was a big issue in the Uxbridge and South Ruislip by-election.
Sadiq Khan said that clean air was “a human right, not a privilege”.
Conservatives held on to Boris Johnson’s former seat where the planned Ulez expansion to outer London dominated the campaign.
