Inspired by the real-life events surrounding Irish journalist Veronica Guerin, this film follows the fearless reporter (Cate Blanchett) from The Sunday Independent as she bravely investigates and exposes Dublin’s most formidable crime barons and drug lords in 1996. Her relentless pursuit of the truth not only sheds light on the city’s dark underworld but also places her in the crosshairs of those she seeks to bring to justice.
