The fixture dates for both competitions will be announced on Saturday.
Matchday one in the Europa League will be played across 25 and 26 September with matchdays two and three on 3 and 24 October, respectively.
Further games follow on 7 and 28 November and 12 December before the final two matchdays on 23 and 30 January.
The matchdays will be on 2 and 24 October, 7 and 28 November and 12 and 19 December, with fixtures confirmed on Saturday.
Rangers beat USG over two legs in the 2022 Champions League qualifiers but were eliminated by Malmo at the same stage in 2021. Lyon won at Ibrox in a 2021 Europa League group game before the sides drew in France later in that campaign.
Hearts will visit the Danish capital to take on the side that beat Killie over two legs in the Conference League play-off round.
