Ymatebodd llefarydd Plaid Cymru ar y Trysorlys, Ben Lake AS, i’r Gyllideb gan ddweud bod y Blaid Lafur “yn ymddangos fel pe bai wedi cyflwyno’r setliad ariannu gwaethaf i Gymru ers blynyddoedd.

“Ar ôl misoedd o addewidion ynglŷn â pherthynas newydd â Chymru a dull newydd gan y Trysorlys, y cwestiwn y bydd llawer yn ei ofyn yw – ble mae’r uchelgais?

“Dewisodd y Canghellor beidio â chyhoeddi faint o arian ychwanegol fyddai Cymru yn ei gael o ganlyniad i’r Gyllideb hon.

“Wedi’i guddio yn y dogfennau mae tua £450m o gyllid ychwanegol dros gyfnod o dair blynedd.

“Mae hynny’n llawer rhy isel i gadw i fyny â chwyddiant, ac mae perygl y bydd yn gorfodi’r math o doriadau gwariant y profodd Cymru yn ystod blynyddoedd gwaethaf toriadau’r Torïaid.”

Dywedodd llefarydd Reform yng Nghymru ar gyllid, Cai Parry-Jones AS: “Mae angen cynllun achub economaidd cynhwysfawr ar Gymru, ac roedd y Gyllideb hon ymhell o gyrraedd y nod hwnnw.

“Mae hefyd yn amlwg, er gwaethaf yr hyn y mae Llafur wedi’i ddweud yng Nghymru, nad yw’r blaid yn cefnogi adeiladu ffordd liniaru’r M4.

“Dim ond Reform fydd yn cyflawni dros ein heconomi ac yn cefnogi teuluoedd Cymreig sy’n gweithio’n galed gyda chostau byw.”

Dywedodd Darren Millar AS, arweinydd y Ceidwadwyr Cymreig yn y Senedd: “Roedd Cyllideb heddiw yn gyfle i ddarparu’r buddsoddiad sydd ei angen ar Gymru, drwy ddull sy’n cefnogi’r Undeb, yn rhoi hwb i’n heconomi, yn gwella ein seilwaith trafnidiaeth ac yn creu swyddi medrus.

“Yn hytrach, mae rhagolygon twf wedi’u gostwng, mae’r ddyled genedlaethol yn parhau i godi ac mae gwariant ar les yn cynyddu; o ganlyniad, mae’r baich ariannol yn disgyn ar y trethdalwyr, tra bod buddsoddiad hanfodol yn cael ei anwybyddu.”
