Worcestershire batter Adam Hose has signed a new three-year contract to stay with the county until the end of the 2027 season.<\/b><\/p>\n

The 32-year-old joined the Pears from rivals Warwickshire on a three-year deal ahead of the 2023 season.<\/p>\n

Hose has scored 1,092 first-class runs from 41 innings at an average of 28 since moving to New Road from Edgbaston with the promise of playing more red-ball cricket.<\/p>\n

In his time with Worcestershire, he has helped the club win promotion to the top division of the County Championship and then to a sixth-place finish in Division One in 2024.<\/p>\n

“I’m really happy to sign the contract,” Hose said., external<\/span><\/a> “It is giving a fair chunk of the next part of my career to the club.<\/p>\n

“They were first to come in when I was looking to move [from Warwickshire] and offered all-formats cricket which was the reason for me leaving clubs.<\/p>\n

“For them to back me and show faith in me like they have done over the last couple of years has been brilliant.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
