“But I feel my golf game has come on a lot and, like everyone keeps saying to me, you’ve got to be patient.<\/p>\n
“That’s one thing with golf, and I’ve heard that word so many times now that I hate it, but at the same time it’s so true – you do have to be patient.”<\/p>\n
Harry feels her “game is there” and things will click into place soon.<\/p>\n
She has pointed to struggles with the putter as an issue, which was not the case during her first year on the professional circuit.<\/p>\n
After coming through qualifying school in December 2024, Harry eased her way into life on the LET and finished inside the top 15 in five of her first six events, memorably claiming a first victory at the Hulencourt Women’s Open<\/a> last June.<\/p>\n But 2026 has been less fruitful, with a seventh-place finish at the Women’s Australian Open in March her best result by some distance.<\/p>\n “It’s definitely not the year that it was last year – this year is more of a learning year for me,” Harry said.<\/p>\n “[I am] definitely learning a lot more about myself, which has been\u2026 it’s actually a bit of a surprise.<\/p>\n “I didn’t really know coming into this year what the goals were and just wanted to go and win again. That’s still kind of the goal.<\/p>\n “I am taking it competition by competition and just trying to get confident and trying to do what I did last year.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
