I think there was a massive lesson in yesterday,&#8221; three-time Olympic gold medallist Ramsay-Peaty told BBC Sport.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;I can&#8217;t change anything obviously, so we have to get over it. I also know the trajectory I have to be on now and it&#8217;s a little bit different to what I thought it was.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;I&#8217;ve also got to remind myself that I haven&#8217;t swam a championships in two years.
