Their last win in the Bundesliga was in March, a 1-0 win over RB Leipzig<\/a>.<\/p>\n Gladbach’s start to the season has not just been bad on the pitch. Manager Gerardo Seoane was sacked just three games after the start of the season and sporting director Roland Virkus stepped down after five matches.<\/p>\n Union Berlin have a better record going into this fixture, having won six of the 12 times these two sides have met in the Bundesliga.
