With a large social media following and a vast bone collection worth over $600,000, Jon Pichaya Ferry is revitalising the field of osteology.

During a visit to his warehouse in Brooklyn, New York City, he gives the BBC a glimpse into his collection and the fascinating findings he has discovered.

He explains the meaning of “responsibly-sourced” human remains – and what osteology can tell us about people and history.
