Oasis will begin their long-awaited reunion tour with two dates at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium<\/figcaption><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

Oasis will kick off their long-awaited 2025 reunion tour <\/a>in Cardiff, with tickets due to go on sale later this week.<\/p>\n

The band will perform on the 4 and 5 July at the city’s Principality Stadium.<\/p>\n

It will be the first time that the band’s brothers – Noel and Liam Gallagher – have performed together since 2009.<\/p>\n

Confirming the Oasis Live 25 tour, they said: \u201cThe guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The band will go on to play shows in Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin, with further shows outside of Europe expected to be announced later in the year.<\/p>\n

Oasis last played in Cardiff in June 2009, just months before Noel quit the Manchester rock group, saying he \u201csimply could not go on working with Liam a day longer\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Reunion rumours intensified recently amid reports that the feuding brothers had ended their disagreement.<\/p>\n

“Oasis are back! and it kicks off here! See you in July,” the Principality Stadium said on X, formerly known as Twitter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When will Oasis tickets go on sale?<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

Tickets for all of the band’s UK dates<\/a>, including Cardiff, go on sale on Saturday 31 August at 09:00 BST.<\/p>\n

Dublin tickets will be available from 08:00 BST on that same day.<\/p>\n

Ticket prices have not yet been announced.<\/p>\n

Oasis are one of the best-selling bands in British history.<\/p>\n

Formed in 1991, the group rose to fame with hits including Wonderwall, Don’t Look Back In Anger and Stop Crying Your Heart Out.<\/p>\n

In 1996, an incredible 2.5 million people applied for tickets to their two dates at Knebworth \u2013 which could hint at the demand any new gigs might see.<\/p>\n

They have performed in Cardiff multiple times in the past – including a date in 1996, during their What’s The Story Morning Glory tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
