Given the short turnaround, the 36-year-old German had a short time to work with his new group of players, who have entered a crucial run of games including a Premier Sports Cup semi-final against Celtic on 2 November.<\/p>\n
“The manager’s come in, it’s a couple of days on the training pitch, you can only give certain instructions but us as ourselves have to put that on the pitch,” said Tavernier.<\/p>\n
“He [Rohl] can give us the best opportunity, but it comes from within as a player to fight, to give it your all, that’s within. I don’t think that’s something that’s taught.<\/p>\n
