Yn \u00f4l Gareth Davies, fu’n gadeirydd URC tan 2020, mae angen “negeseuon positif” gan yr undeb i’r gymuned rygbi y tu hwnt i’r lefel broffesiynol.<\/p>\n

“Fydden ni’n meddwl dylen nhw ganolbwyntio fwy ar trial egluro beth sy’n mynd ‘ml\u00e2n,” meddai.<\/p>\n

“Ar y funud ‘na gyd ni’n gael yw’r headlines <\/i>fel petai, o beth yw’r opsiynau’n mynd i fod.<\/p>\n

“Lot o bwyslais ar bedwar neu ddau neu dri rhanbarth, ac wrth gwrs mae lot o rygbi tu cefn i hwnna – y g\u00eam gymunedol, y g\u00eam ieuenctid, y g\u00eam yng ngogledd Cymru.<\/p>\n

“Felly fydden i’n dweud bod angen fwy o siarad a mwy o negeseuon positif i fynd mas i’r gymuned rygbi.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
