Work has been paused at a Coleraine building site after World War Two-era mortar bombs were discovered.
Last week Army Technical Officers (ATO) carried out a controlled explosion found in the Strand Road site on an object before declaring it safe.
In July, a suspected World War Two bomb was discovered in the same area.
Radius Housing said it is seeking to engage specialist contractors to undertake a detailed survey of the site before any further works take place.
A spokesperson for Radius Housing said that “during the preparatory works on this site, archeological investigations discovered a number of unexploded devices, which are believed to date from WW2.
“These devices were made safe by the MOD.
“The safety of staff, contractors and neighbours is a priority, and this will be our main consideration in our plans and preparation for further works,” the spokesperson added.
