UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and US President Joe Biden were speaking to the media ahead of talks in Washington.
After addressing Prime Minister Sunak as “Mr President”, the US president laughed and said: “I just promoted you!”.
He went on to joke that the pair would be able to solve all the world’s problems in “the next 20 minutes”.
